Fried Mushrooms
2c. Flour
1-1/2tsp. Salt
1tsp. Pepper
1tsp. Paprika
1/2tsp. Baking Powder
1c. Butter Milk
1c. washed-Whole Mushrooms
Oil for frying 375°f
*Mix all dry ingredients set aside. Put Butter Milk in a bowl set aside. Take your mushroom dampen with water, pat dry. Then dredge Mushroom in flour, then dip in Butter Milk, then dredge in flour again. Do 5-6 Mushrooms then place in hot oil and fry for a minute and a half on each side, or golden.
*be careful when you flip, mushroom juice may pop you.
*great with salad dressing or dip.
-------------So had some excess from the fried mushroom recipe, and took some of the flour mix and whisked it well with the buttermilk until it was a slight thick batter. Took thin potato slices and dipped it into the batter and fried 360°f 3-4min. Good luck on quit eating these!! Dangerous!!!! TIP.....ALWAYS Share :) the calories yum yum

2c Parmesan Cheese
2/3c Sour Cream

*Combine all ingredients, Place in a small greased baking dish. Bake 375°f 20-30min(you could add spinach also)...cracker recipe that I used in this pick is under breads. I also used a fresh Artichoke and prepared it by cutting hearts off and soaking in Olive Oil and herbs. Then Drained and Magic Bullet away...Pulsed a few times :)

Baked Cheese Olives (about 2.5hrs)
1/4c Butter
1/2c Flour
1c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Cumin
20lg Green Olives
400°f 15min
* In med Bowl Cream butter. Mix in remaining ingredients except Olives. Cover and Refrigerate at least an hour. Pat Dry Olives, Flatten a bit of the mix, enough to cover an Olive. Work mix around Olive until completely covered, gently roll and place on Wax paper then place in Freezer until frozen, about an hour. Prior to baking let set room temp 15min. Bake, then allow to cool till slightly warm.

1/4c=1tb Miracle Whip(or -1tb extra miracle whip and +1tb creamy horseradish)
1/4tsp Mustard Powder(optional)
Sprinkle of Paprika
*De-shell eggs,rinse, cut in half and place egg yolk in small bowl. Place egg white on a plate and set aside. Take a fork and break yolks down into small crumble pieces. Mix with miracle whip, and mustard's until smooth. I placed my filling into zip-lock, cut a small corner off and placed back into egg, you can just spoon it back in. Then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and Refrigerate.
