Alfredo Sauce
1pt Heavy Cream
1/4c Butter
1/2 – 3/4c Parmesan Cheese
1tsp Garlic Powder
In a saucepan, combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer until all is melted and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Light Wheat Pasta
2-1/2c Sifted Wheat Flour
1c Sifted Flour
4 eggs
2tb Water
1/2tsp Salt
Place all ingredients in Large mixing Bowl. Combine well...if its sticky add 1tb flour at a time.To dry... 1tb of water. Knead 2min. Let rest 30min. Place walnut size piece of dough into pasta make. Makes 1-1/4lbs of pasta. To cook Pasta>6qt boiling water + 2tsp salt + 1tb oil. Gradually add pasta boil fresh-2-5min (depends on how thick) Dry-7min.

1(16oz)bag Ravioli Cooked as directed(or homemade)
1/4c Water

1c Bread Crumbs(or Planko Crumbs...I think is better!!)
1tsp Italian Seasoning
Beat water and eggs in a bowl set aside. In shallow dish Mix Italian with garlic,and bread crumbs set aside. In another shallow dish Place Flour set aside. Dip Ravioli in flour then egg then dip in breadcrumbs Then fry 350°f 2-3min. They are already cooked so you just want them browned

3c Noodles(I used macaroni)
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Pepper
1tsp Paprika
1(10oz)can Cream or Mushroom Soup
1/2c Milk
1 can tuna or chicken drained
1/2c Panko Crumbs
Cook pasta according to package directions. In large bowl combine all ingredients except the Crumbs. Adjust taste according to your likes. Place in a 8x8 baking dish. Top with crumbs. Bake 400°f 20-25min. or until top has turned brown. Add-in Sprinkle some cheese on top, or some mushrooms, even black beans would be nice with this.

1/3c finely shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
2tb Milk
1 eggplant (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into ¼-in slices
2c of your Fav Spaghetti Sauce
2c Cheese(I use 6 cheese Italian)
Olive Oil for frying (about ⅓c)
*In a shallow bowl, stir together flour and salt. In another shallow bowl beat together 2 egg and 2tb milk. In a third shallow bowl, stir together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip eggplant slices into flour mixture to coat. Dip the slices into egg mixture, then coat both sides with crumb mixture. In a 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add eggplant slices; cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Add more oil as necessary during cooking. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/4c pasta sauce in the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of eggplant followed by 1/4c of cheese Repeat until eggplant is used up, ending with the last of the sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 350°f 20-30min, or until bubbling. Serve immediately.
