Chinese Fried Pork
3/4c Flour
3/4c Cornstarch
1-1/2tb Baking Powder
1/4tsp Salt
1c Cold Water
1-1/2tsp Oil
Oil for Frying
3-4lbs Cubed pork
Combine dry ingredients, Whisk in Cold Water, add oil. Stir until Smooth. Add pork, coat with mixture. Fry 360°f for about 3min or until cooked.
This tastes exactly like the Restaurant. I do not have a sauce that I like right now...still a work in progress.

1tb Garlic Powder
1tb Onion Powder
1tb Chili Powder
1tb Brown Sugar
2tb Salt
1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
1tsp Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Pack on the dry rub onto your next rack of ribs.
