Shrimp Scampi
1/2c. Melted Butter
2tb Parsley Flakes
2tb. Lemon Juice
1 clove of Garlic
1/2tsp. Salt
1lb Shrimp
In large bowl mix all ingredients blend well. Add Shrimp toss to coat. Place on to very hot skillet, stir often. Takes about 5min. When Shrimp curls and turns pinkish is ready.
*do not overcook, they will be rubbery!
This is an excellent recipe, you will not even need cocktail or tarter sauce!!

3/4c Flour
3/4c Cornstarch
1-1/2tb Baking Powder
1/4tsp Salt
1c Cold Water
1-1/2tsp Oil
Oil for Frying
3-4lbs cleaned shrimp
Combine dry ingredients, Whisk in Cold Water, add oil. Stir until Smooth. Add cleaned shrimp, coat with mixture. Fry 360°f for about 3min or until cooked.

1/2tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Salt
1/8tsp Pepper

5lbs Fish, De-boned and cut>>Pre-soak in 2c Butter-Milk and seasonings, place in fridge at least 2hr.
