2c Wheat Flour 1c Flour 2-1/2tsp Salt 1tsp Paprika 1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper(optional) Mix and combine well. Coat Chicken, Refrigerate 90min Fry 375° f about 4-5min Glaze 1-1/2c Butter 3tb Brown Sugar 3/4tsp Paprika 1tb Balsamic Vinegar 1/2c Tabasco Sauce(or to taste) 3/8tsp Cayenne Pepper(optional) 2tb Chili Sauce(optional) *Mix Well. Then fry a few at a time.After you fry your wings place in Glaze and Coat...........I take chicken breast and cut into 1x1 cubed pieces so that they are boneless. This is one of my families fave's! |
SESAME CHICKEN
1tsp Oil
2tb Water
2tb Soy Sauce
2tb Flour
2tb Cornstarch
1/4tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Baking Soda
3 Boneless Chicken cut into 1in cubes
Oil for frying 340°f 3-4min
Mix ingredients until smooth, add chicken Marinate 20min. Drop in oil a few at a time so they don't stick
My Sauce
1/2c Water or Juice(depends on flavor you want)
1/2c Brown Sugar
1/2c Honey
2tb Cornstarch
1tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Ginger
1/2tsp Paprika
2tb Soy Sauce
*if using Water add 1-2tb Lemon Juice
In a Med Sauce Pan add water and Corn Starch whisk until no lumps. Add remaining ingreints on Med heat bring Sauce to a boil. Lower heat to Simmer 5min. Stir Occasionally.
The sauce does not taste like the Chinese Restaurant. We went the other day and my youngest daughter says "I like yours better". I on the other hand like the Restaurant version....So if you have a sweet and sour or other type that you know you already enjoy would taste great on the chicken :).

1/8tsp Pepper
2tb Oil, divided, plus more oil for frying
1/2c + 1tb Cornstarch, divided
1/4c Flour

1tb rice wine
1/2c Water
Zest of 1/2 an orange juice+zest(optional)
1/4c Soy Sauce
1/2c Sugar
1/2c Brown Sugar
2tb Orange Juice
4tsp Corn Starch
* In a large bowl, mix together the egg, salt, pepper, and 1tb of oil. Mix well. Stir in the chicken pieces toss to coat. In medium bowl, stir together the flour and ½c cornstarch. Add the chicken pieces, stir to coat. Fry 360°F 4-5min a few at a time. In saucepan Lower to medium high and add 1tb of oil, add the ginger and garlic and stir try until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Then the rice wine, stirring for a few seconds. Add sugars, soy sauce and zest. Bring to a boil. Stir the remaining 1 tbsp of cornstarch into the water,mix well then add to your slowly add to your sauce constantly whisking. Lower heat until thickens. Then Serve over chicken.

Cornish Game Hen
I glazed my hen with my Ginger Sauce placed in 250°f oven for about 2-1/2 hours re-glazing every 45min. Then I turn oven to 350°f and bake 45min or until chicken reads 165°f on food thermometer. Let rest 20min before cutting into.

4-6 pieces Chicken Breasts or Thighs (I put them in frozen)
1 sm Bottle BBQ Sauce(I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
1/4c Vinegar
1/4c Brown Sugar
1tsp Garlic Powder
Combine BBQ sauce with all ingredients. Place chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.

1tsp Thyme

Melt Butter add Garlic,Mushroom and Thyme, Saute. Mallet Chicken out until evenly flat. Season Chicken( I just used some salt and pepper) When Mushrooms are to your liking Place Mushroom in bowl set aside. Place Olive oil in pan med heat. Dredge Chicken in Flour, when oil is hot add chicken one at a time. When you first place chicken in pan Lift it up a few times before setting it flat in pan. This will help your chicken from sticking to the bottom. Cook about 2min on each side, add wine(may see a flame, is ok just alcohol cooking out) let Reduce about 5min. Add the cream let thicken. Now place mushrooms on top of chicken let simmer 3min serve.

2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Strips
2-3/4c Flour
1tsp Salt
1tsp Ground Pepper
1c Buttermilk
Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)
*Mix flour, salt and pepper in bowl and set aside. Place buttermilk in separate bowl. Heat oil for frying and dip chicken strips in flour then in buttermilk and then finally flour again. Place in hot oil, the temperature of the oil should be 375°f. Do NOT over crowd chicken strips, fry until lightly golden brown. Remove strips and drain.

1c Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce (Heinz)
1/4c Water
2tb Honey
1tb Ketchup
1tsp Liquid Smoke
*Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan mix thoroughly and simmer on low heat stirring frequently for 20 min. After 20 minutes. Let sauce cool slightly, dip one chicken breast strip in sauce at a time and place in a baking pan that has been sprayed lightly with a none stick spray. Bake 350°f for 20 min.

8oz pck Mushrooms-cleaned-Sliced
2tsp Butter
5-6 Fully cooked Bacon,Diced
1/4tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Lemon Pepper
1-1/2c Grated White Cheese
In large Skillet Med high heat add butter. When sizzling add Mushrooms Saute.Remove mushroom. Reduce heat to low Add Chicken and spices cook about 30min (depends on size the smaller the less time) When chicken is fully cooked turn heat off, place cheese on top of chicken, then add the bacon and mushrooms on top of the cheese. Cover skillet leave 5min or until cheese is melted. I have my honey mustard sauce drizzled over the top.

1c Panto Crumbs
1/2c Flour
1/2tsp Paprika
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Garlic Powder

1/4c Olive Oil
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Paprika

3 Slices Provolone Cheese
Greased Cookie Sheet
*Combine Planko crumbs,and spices on a plate set aside. Place 2tb Oil on a plate set aside. Place one of your Chicken Breast on a piece of Wax paper(or plastic wrap), fold Wax over on top, so top and bottom are covered. Take meat mallet and gently pound chicken out until it is evenly flat. Do to all pieces. Now Place one side in oil, then place the oiled side in the crumbs, and completely cover that side. On plain side place a piece of cheese down then spinach on top of that. Roll up chicken insert with a toothpick then place on cookie sheet. Do to all pieces adding oil as needed. Bake 375°f for about 30-45min. not brown enough, turn Broil on 3-5min.

4-boneless chicken breasts
1-packet ranch dressing 1-package cream cheese 1-packet real bacon bits crock pot Place the chicken, cream cheese, and dressing in crock pot on low. About 4-6 hrs. When you stir the chicken and it falls apart add the bacon and enjoy on a roll, or on top of some rice. I got some egg roll wrappers, placed some cheese and the chicken mixture and fried. So so good.
