Blueberry-n-Cheese Coffee Cake Muffin
1/2c Soft Butter
1-1/4c Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Lemon Juice
2-1/4c Flour divided.
3tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Salt
3/4c Milk
1/4c Water
2c fresh of Frozen Blueberry
1(8oz) pck Cream Cheese chopped into small cubes(i freeze 15min)if using frozen do not thaw
Topping
1/4c Flour
1/4c Sugar
2tb Butter<<combine all these ingredients well until crumbly
* In large mixing bowl Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at time mix well after each. Beat in Lemon. Add salt, and baking powder mix well. Gradually add 2c flour alternate with milk and water. with remaining 1/4c flour toss with blueberries. Fold into batter along with the cream cheese. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 375°f 30min. I love these muffins!! And is great with other fruits!

Place in Oiled bowl,Cover place in dry warm area rise for 1 hour. Punch down and rise again 1hour. Roll out on lightly floured surface 21in x 34in long. Spread butter on top, Spread evenly about 1/4in to the edges. . Mix brown Sugar and Cinnamon Sprinkle on top. Now Roll the dough, long way, and try to roll as tight as you can. I know it's dough so remember Gently!! Notch every 2in (from your finger tip to 1st knuckle) Now with a Dough Blade or string Cut the dough where the notches are. Place on lightly greased sheet 2in apart(they will rise again) Press the tops down lightly. Cover place in dry warm area rise 1hr. Bake 350°f 15-20min Don't BURN!! Remove from oven when rolls start to turn brown. Cool slightly then Frost. In pic I used caramel sauce and cream cheese icing.

In large bowl place warm water,sugar, and yeast set 5min. Add warm milk (not hot),and softened butter. Mix to combine. Add egg and mix. Add the flour, stir using a wooden spoon until all is combined. Cover place in dry warm area rise for 1 hour. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead lightly. Roll it out to 1/2in thick, using cookie cutter cut out the shape of the doughnut.When you cut out middel roll into ball for doughnut holes. Carefully, transfer cut doughnuts onto a lined cookie sheet (line the sheet with baking paper). Cover place in dry warm area rise 30min. Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side, then ice.

Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes
1c Flour 1tsp Baking Powder 1/2tsp Baking Soda 1/2tsp Salt 1-1/2c Buttermilk 2tb butter 1 egg, lightly beaten 1tb Honey 2tsp Sugar Mix all the ingredients together to make the pancakes and set aside. Cinnamon swirl: 2tb Butter 1/4c Brown Sugar 1tsp Cinnamon 2tsp Milk 1tb Flour *In small Pot place butter and melt. Add cinnamon, brown sugar mix. Add milk and flour whisk until no lumps are visible. Let heat 2min remove from heat. Place in Zip lock bag. Set aside. Preheat your pan or skillet 275°f -300°f and lightly grease it. Spread your batter into small pancakes on the griddle. Cut a small snip in one the bags corner then Immediately add the cinnamon swirls on top of pancake batter. Cook the pancakes until small bubbles form on the topside of the pancake, then flip. Cook about another min. |

And top with remaining sugar mix. Wrap, place in fridge overnight. Now cover with Foil, Bake 375F 45min. Then 15min without foil. enjoy
