Sauces-Dips-Dressings
Ranch approx 2c. (Fridge at least 1hr)
1c Mayo
1/2c Sour Cream
1/2c Buttermilk (or sour milk)
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
3/4tsp Onion Salt
1tsp dill (i like more)
pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients mix well. Place in airtight container, Refrigerate. To make into a dip Use sour cream and just a few tablespoons of buttermilk,(depends on how thick you like your dip) and add spices.
this was so good I ate 3 salads that day!! Adjust spices to your liking, I really like dill so I use 2tsp :) Hope you enjoy as much as we do!!

1-15oz Tomato Sauce
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1/4tsp Basil
1tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Cumin
1tsp Cilantro(optional)
1tsp Cayenne Pepper(optional)

2c Chicken Broth
Combine in med sauce pan. Bring to a Boil, Simmer 20min. (I took my boneless chicken and placed in mix during this process and simmered until chicken was cooked.) This is way better then any package or can sauce.

1tb Cornstarch
2c Milk(divided)
1/2c Chocolate Chips
2tb Chocolate Syrup
1/4c Sugar
Take 1/2c milk and in small dish mix well with cornstarch set to side. In Sauce pan on low heat mix remaining ingredients. When chocolate has started to melt add milk mixture. Bring just to boil, whisking occasionally, and cook until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat

1pt Heavy Cream
1/4c Butter
1/2 – 3/4c Parmesan Cheese
1tsp Garlic Powder
In a saucepan, combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer until all is melted and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1tb Butter or Olive Oil
1-1/2tsp Garlic(or 2-3cloves)
1-1/2c Whole or diced Tomatoes Pureed
1/2tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Basil
1/2tsp Thyme
salt-pepper to taste
In med Sauce Pan med high heat add butter, when it starts to sizzle add Garlic let saute 1-2min until it just starts to darken. Turn heat to low,add remaining ingredients. Let simmer about 15-20min or until thickened. You can add mushrooms, peppers, Onion, Italian Sausage at the first stage sauteing!

In the top of a double boiler(or a large pot with water, with your mixing bowl set on top) combine beaten egg yolks, water and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Whisk together then add 1-2tb butter. (water that has almost come to a boil and been turned down) and stir continuously. WARNING: If your heat is too high and you do not whisk vigorously you will scramble your eggs< you do not want that!! Continue adding butter a tb at a time while whisking vigorously. Add salt, pepper Continue whisking until hot and thickened. Remove from heat. If your Hollandaise becomes too thick, add a teaspoon of warm water or lemon juice depending on taste. Whisk well. Makes 1/2 cup sauce or 4poched eggs. Spoon over poached eggs, Canadian bacon and English muffins and you’ve got Eggs Benedict. Also good on pork chops!

I ♥♥♥ my kitchen Aid for this! Your cream and supplies should be very cold for a good smooth consistency.Place Cream in Cold Mixing bowl, and whip on high, about 10min. Scrape down sides periodically. Strain out the liquid (buttermilk). Then rinse the buttermilk out of the butter with cold running water. Season to taste with salt mix well refrigerate. You can also use a food processor or blender.

If you want a country gravy for your mashed potatoes omit the ground sausage use just the grease. Don't have grease? You can use a couple Tablespoons of butter and a pinch of sage or garlic enjoy :)
